Each week I will share my latest brainstorm that may rain havoc on some unsuspecting topic of angst. I promise I will be fair. I may share too much personal information, and I am not always the nicest person. Yet, I will be honest. Hopefully, humble and with a desire to share what has helped me to survive rejection and strive for personal peace in my life. Trying to naturalize a good personal relationship with myself has been my biggest challenge. Often times toxic relationship traits can improve by managing anxiety disorders through basic mental illness management.
